The artists focus is on the vulva in an artistic and powerful way. Her paintings are a commitment to a non patriarchy but female way of life. In these days shame and tabu keeps the vulva secret - not only for the society but also for women. It is a form of suppression to make humans feel vulnerable because of their sex. 

However, in the vulva lies the beauty of life and the pureness of the body. Making the vulva visible can help to get an healthy relationship with the body and is deeply connected to self-love. Feeling empowered because of ones body is helping women to find their way in life.
